By accessing or using BlushToon, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BlushToon. If you use BlushToon on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Use of BlushToon
BlushToon provides tools for browsing, previewing, and adding home screen widgets, including calendar, battery, photo, time, album, and themed character widgets. You may use BlushToon only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Your Content
You keep ownership of photos and other content you choose to use with BlushToon. You are responsible for your content, including ensuring that you have the rights needed to use, display, or share it. By selecting content for a widget, you authorize BlushToon to process that content as needed to provide the requested feature.
4. App Ownership
BlushToon, including its design, interface, text, graphics, code, branding, widget layouts, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of BlushToon except through normal app use.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse BlushToon. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Using BlushToon for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
- Using photos, images, or other content that violates another person's rights.
- Interfering with the security, availability, or normal operation of the app or website.
- Using automated methods to access or overload our systems without permission.
- Removing copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from BlushToon materials.
6. Third-Party Services
BlushToon may rely on third-party platforms or services for app distribution, hosting, diagnostics, device permissions, widget display, or support communication. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

BlushToon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that BlushToon will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device setup.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of BlushToon.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to BlushToon if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using BlushToon at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of BlushToon after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
